Each week there will be a new meal plan available. These plans will include 3 high protein macro friendly meals. Each will have the step-by-step directions on how to prepare them. The meal plan will also give you a grocery list of what is needed for the recipes to simplify your life. The purpose is to take the thinking out of it, simplify the diet, and enjoy your meals instead of eating basic chicken and broccoli. LET'S BUILD OUR STRENGTH IN THE KITCHEN!!!
